They are looking for someone who is bright and enthusiastic, who has significant experience in an IT Service Management role in a busy, fast paced environment. You will have strong tenacity, a sense of urgency and excellent problem solving skills as well as the ability to demonstrate a strong presence at senior management level. You will be commercially astute, have excellent communication skills and be a credible manager who builds and sustains strong collaborative relationships.

Insight Analyst – SQL, SAS, Excel. £42k. West Malling

My client, a large and rapidly expanding financial services company in Kings Hill, West Malling are looking for a Insight Analyst with experience of SQL, SAS and Excel to deliver analysis an insight into customer behaviour and business processes in order to drive improvements and increase business performance. The role will involve support the Head of Strategy & Analytics and Senior Insight Manager in organising and delivering projects set. The support the Senior Management Team in the identification of opportunities for and delivery of statistical analysis and insight projects as well as the Support Operations in the delivery of projects as directed. You will liaise with other areas of the business to ensure the efficient implementation of company and team initiatives and will deliver ad hoc and regular analyses to the business with data, interpretation and recommendations as well as supporting other members of the Strategy & Analytics department in the delivery of their projects and manage the deliverables and development of own analysts

Payroll Assistant – £16,000, Newhaven.

My client, a large and expanding outsourcing firm are looking for a Payroll Assistant to work from their Newhaven office. This position is to assist the team processing payrolls for clients, keeping accurate employee records and handling general office administration. You will attend company meetings as required, including 1:1 assessments and will keep up to date with industry developments, while attaining minimum levels of competency as set by your line manager in your personal development plan. You will complete all tasks and duties that may be reasonably required from time to time to assist in the running of the company and will undertake and achieve minimum required levels for regular in-house testing.
