Service Desk Analyst – £21,000, Chesterfield.
Service Desk Analyst – £21,000, Chesterfield. My client, a large manufacturing company based in Chesterfield, are looking for a Service Desk Analyst with strong Active Directory, Exchange and VOIP experience ideally within an ITIL framework, to join an expanding team. The main purpose of the role will be providing 1st & 2nd line support on-site and at our other two sites in the UK either in person or over the phone. You will be assisting with Active Directory and Exchange mailbox creation. You will be managing VOIP and mobile phone configuration as well as providing good knowledge of Windows 7 – 10 and Office 2010 – 2016. You will be required to deal with desktop support queries, including but not limited to workstation, notebook, printers and other desktop hardware, as well as all company software.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- 1st line user support experience
- Active Directory and Exchange management
- MS Office 2010 – 2016 troubleshooting experience
- MS Windows 7 – 10 experience
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Basic Understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Good knowledge of IT hardware
As a service desk analyst at this company you will earn a salary of up to £21,000 depending on experience.
