Administrator / Admin Assistant – Maidstone – £20,000 – Full Time Hours. My client, a Maidstone based managed service provider (MSP), are looking for an Administrator / Admin Assistant to join their busy office. As an administrator, you will be assisting the office manager with general administrative tasks. From taking calls with clients and providing a good level of customer service, to posting sales and purchase invoices onto Sage. You will also be responsible for bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working as an Administrator / Admin Assistant
- A good telephone manner
- Experience using Sage 50
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.
As an Administrator / Admin Assistant with this company you will receive a basic salary of up to £20,000 as well as free local parking among other incentives and benefits.
