Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

Salary: £43k + overtime

Location: CV7

Specific Accountabilities – Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

• Make corrective repairs to CNC machines and plant equipment
• Reactive & planned maintenance
• Provide any installation and refurbishment service for plant equipment as required
• Promote continuous improvement in overall plant operations by reducing downtime
• Requirements to work morning and afternoon shifts

Technical Requirements – Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

• City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC or equivalent qualifications / apprenticeship in the related fields.
• Working knowledge of CNC mechanical and electrical repairs
• Knowledge of plant equipment and services is essential – fault finding & trouble shooting
• Understanding and working from machine and plant drawings / schematics & manuals.
• Working experience with TPM’s and PM’s on Plant and Machinery.
• Knowledge of working on hydraulic power packs and test rigs would be desirable.
• Computer literate
