Service Desk Team Leader – Managed Services Provider (MSP) – Eastbourne. A Service Desk Team Leader is urgently required by a Managed Services Provider in Eastbourne. You will be responsible for heading up their in-house Service Desk team whilst delivering a comprehensive portfolio of services and solutions to leading clients. The role is hybrid between management and technical responsibilities so candidates must have experience working in similar positions.
The Service Desk Team Leader will be responsible for;
- Technical leadership of eight Service Desk Analyst’s
- Providing support to leading clients and handling escalations
- Managing tickets based on urgency and technical availability
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Helping individuals meet their KPI’s
The Service Desk Team Leader will have;
- Proven experience leading Service Desk teams
- Hands-on experience resolving complex tickets and escalations
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Office365
- Experience with Server Virtualisation, Networking and Routing
