SERVICE & SUPPORT ANALYST
Service & Support Analyst – £23-26,000 – Kings Hill, Kent
My client are a not for profit financial services organisation who are looking to add an experienced Support Analyst to their team.
You will be integrated into a small team but will be a part of a large IT department, you will be providing technical support to over 500 internal users across two sites in a Windows based environment and will also be supporting Apple products as the company’s internal users are issued with iPad’s and iPhone’s.
Key Requirements: –
- Provide solutions for desktop queries, including the use of Microsoft Applications and internal bespoke systems over the phone, remotely and at desk-side.
- Ensure all incidents are recorded, tracked and documented from the start to when the query is resolved.
- If remote support is not available, provide hands-on deskside support, this could include hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals or other fixes.
- Analyse all incidents, diagnose and provide resolution at initial point of 1st and 2nd line contact or refer to 3rd
- User security administration across all centrally controlled IT systems, including creation, deletion and amendment of user accounts, as well as application and network access permissions.
- Monitor for security violations and provide reports to the business for validation.
- Provide support to the computer network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
- Deploy desktop hardware and software
- Deploy and maintain anti-virus and path management solutions
As a Service & Support Analyst working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £23-26,000. You will also be entitled to an excellent range of benefits.
