Technical Support Analyst – £24-30,000 – Maidstone

My client, an agile software house based in Maidstone are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their Support and Implementation team.

This is a great opportunity to be a part of a collaborative and closely knitted team working with the latest technologies. You will be a part of a team of professionals who will all have a similar skill set and background to yourself so you will be able to interact and learn from them daily.

With this role you will be involved in the end to end customer engagement process and your will be a part of the below: –

  • Working as part of the Helpdesk Team to answer and log customer calls
  • Problem identification and resolution
  • Specification, configuration and setup of the digital platform
  • System delivery
  • Consultancy and training

In order to be successful in the role, you will have the below experience/skills: –

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft networked environment
  • Active Directory and Group policies
  • Strong scripting skills
  • Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL
  • Azure

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £24-30,000. You will also be entitled to an excellent range of benefits.
